Bundle Stock Availability Checker

Bundle Stock Availability Checker shows how many complete bundles or kits your current component stock can build. Enter stock and per-bundle quantities to find the limiting component, the maximum number of bundles and the stock left over after assembly.

Components
List each component with its available stock and the quantity required for one bundle. Quantity per bundle must be a whole number of 1 or more.

Bundle availability

Enter your components to calculate how many complete bundles you can build.

How It Works

  1. 1

Add a row for every component in the bundle, such as a print, a pencil set and a gift box.

  2. 2

Enter the available stock for each component and how many units of it go into one bundle.

  3. 3

Click "Calculate bundles" to divide each stock figure by its per-bundle quantity, round down and take the smallest result.

  4. 4

Review the limiting component and leftovers, then copy the summary for your team, listing or inventory plan.

Example

  1. A bundle contains 1 art print, 2 pencils and 1 gift box.
  2. Stock on hand: 120 prints, 250 pencils, 90 boxes.
  3. Possible builds per component: floor(120 / 1) = 120, floor(250 / 2) = 125, floor(90 / 1) = 90.
  4. The smallest value is 90, so the gift box is the limiting component and 90 complete bundles can be assembled.
  5. After assembly, 30 prints, 70 pencils and 0 boxes would remain.

Accuracy & Limitations

  • Assumes unlimited assembly capacity: the tool answers how many bundles the stock allows, not how many your team can physically pack per day.
  • Ignores partial bundles: a component that cannot cover one more full bundle never increases the total.
  • Ignores lead times, incoming purchase orders and existing reservations — enter stock that is actually available to allocate.
  • Row-level input validation: rows with missing or negative stock, or a quantity per bundle below 1, are ignored and reported instead of failing the whole calculation.
  • Results are only as accurate as the stock figures you enter, so refresh them before planning a launch or restock.
